Non-Profit

We believe in giving back to the community, and provide stewardship and resources to a number of charitable causes, including:

Vintage Hollywood Foundation, a California 501(c)(3) corporation, raises funds to support charitable organizations, both large and small, that work to promote the health and well-being of Southern California’s diverse community. Since 2002, the Vintage Hollywood event has raised more than $1,100,000 to benefit organizations including Children’s Action Network, JDRF, Save the Children and United Friends of the Children. Its primary beneficiary for 2011 will be OPCC (formerly Ocean Park Community Center).

Friends of the Smith College Libraries Since1942, the Friends of the Smith College Libraries have played a vital role in the growth and expansion of the Smith libraries. Friends have contributed books, archival materials, funds and special resources. Many of the library’s rare and unique assets were made possible through the generosity of Friends.

JDRF’s mission is to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research. JDRF is also committed to developing new and better treatments that improve the lives of people with type 1 diabetes and keep them healthy while they advance toward a cure.
