Arlene Wszalek is a strategic advisor and founding partner at SW14 Group. She works with a select group of organizations on growth strategy, marketing, and decision-making, and speaks on how leaders navigate complexity, change, and emerging technology in real-world environments.
Her speaking engagements include keynotes, panels, and executive roundtables on marketing transformation, AI integration, organizational clarity, and agency–client dynamics. A longtime senior executive in the agency world, Arlene is known for her ability to cut through complexity and get to the heart of what drives results.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in artist management, film and television production, digital media, and startup ventures – experience that gives her both a broad strategic lens and a sharp focus on outcomes.
She is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the Producers Guild of America, and the Recording Academy (NARAS). She has also served as a judge for the ThinkLA IDEA Awards, recognizing excellence in marketing work across Southern California.
