About SW14 Group LLC

SW14 Group is a strategic advisory firm working with a select group of organizations on growth, market-facing strategy, and complex business decisions.

We are typically engaged at moments when direction isn’t obvious, where competing priorities, execution risk, and performance expectations intersect. Our role is to help leadership teams make sound decisions and translate strategy into outcomes that hold up in practice.

Founded in 1999, SW14 draws on decades of corporate and entrepreneurial leadership to support organizations at critical inflection points. Our work spans growth strategy, market entry, marketing and brand strategy, data and insights, organizational structure, and major investment and operating decisions.

We focus on how decisions are made, where assumptions go unchallenged, where data is over- or under-weighted, and where alignment breaks down between teams. Our work helps organizations translate market signals, customer insight, and internal realities into clear direction.

SW14 also advises on RFP structure and evaluation, helping leadership teams design partner selection processes that lead to stronger outcomes. This work sits at the intersection of strategy, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness, particularly for complex or high-stakes engagements.

We serve clients across technology, gaming, media, entertainment, hospitality, and personal management, from early-stage ventures to global enterprises, including founder-led and PE-backed organizations operating in the U.S. and U.K.

SW14 Group is led by founders and partners Tom Wszalek and Arlene Wszalek, who bring a combined five decades of U.S. and international experience across corporate leadership and entrepreneurial environments. Together, they offer complementary perspectives shaped by operating roles, advisory work, and deep exposure to media, technology, consumer, and growth-driven businesses.

Both partners are members of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Arlene is also a member of the Producers Guild of America and the Recording Academy.
