Arlene Wszalek is a founding partner at SW14 Group, a consultancy specializing in strategy, marketing, and insights. With over 25 years of experience guiding entertainment, media, technology, and consumer brands through transformation, innovation, and growth, she brings a rare blend of analytical rigor, creative thinking, and leadership insight to her work.
Her speaking engagements have included keynotes, panels, and industry roundtables on marketing transformation, AI integration, organizational clarity, and agency–client dynamics. A longtime senior executive in the agency world, Arlene is known for her ability to cut through complexity and get to the heart of what drives results.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in artist management, film and television production, digital media, and startup ventures – experience that gives her both a broad strategic lens and a sharp focus on outcomes.
