A New Chapter: Strategic Advisory
Stepping Into a New Role
After more than a decade at Allied Global Marketing, including the past three years as EVP of Strategy & Innovation, I’ve stepped away from full-time agency life to begin a high-impact new chapter through SW14 Group.
My time at AGM was nothing short of extraordinary. I’m proud of the work I led and the innovations I helped bring to life. From strategic engagements with blue-chip brands like Carnival Corp., LA Tourism, Netflix, and The Venetian Las Vegas to playing a key role in the agency’s early adoption of AI in marketing workflows, it was a fast-moving, rewarding tenure.
Rejoining SW14 Group
Now, I’ve rejoined SW14 Group, the strategic advisory consulting practice my husband Tom and I co-founded in 1999. I’ll be working with select agency and brand leaders and their teams across media, entertainment, travel, and hospitality. My work helps identify growth opportunities, clarify positioning, unlock the value of data and insights, shape smarter RFPs, and align organizations around decisions that matter.
The common thread? Strategy, structure, and clarity, delivered with seasoned perspective and a focus on tangible impact.
One unique focus area is helping organizations issue better RFPs – the kind that attract stronger responses, save time, and lead to better outcomes. I’ll be sharing a new blog series on that starting tomorrow, beginning with “Why RFPs Go Wrong – and What This Series Will Explore.“
