Serious Menus, Sensible Prices

We’ve always been a city of splurges. Whether an exclusive wine dinner, a Michelin-worthy repast, or a one-night-only chef collab, there’s no shortage of high-impact, big-ticket prix fixe tasting menu experiences in Las Vegas for those seeking them. In the right context, they’re worth every dollar.

But in a summer marked by slower tourism, shakier consumer confidence, and more cautious spending, a quieter trend is emerging across the city: highly-regarded restaurants offering prix fixe dinners grounded in value, comfort, and substance.

Turns out, we’re not the only ones craving something thoughtful but less over-the-top. We go out for dinner three times a week, so visiting friends and colleagues often ask us where to eat, and lately we’ve been getting more requests for “something special without the splurge.”

So we pulled together this list of ten prix fixe menus, all under $100 per person (one is just $29!), from some of the most respected kitchens in town. Each offers a different take on luxury, and reflects a hospitality mindset that feels especially welcome right now.
